Hello, im Dakota Santos, a brazillian full-time artist and character designer. I have social phobia, so i do not interact much, but im always trying my best to. I usually sell adopts but might also open commission slots sometimes.

after paying fully for it, this design is 100% yours to do anything that you want and it won't ever be taken away from you.
you can use my designs in any way you want, including commercial way, as long as you follow my TOS. if i find out you have break my TOS you will be added to a blacklist.
when buying any adopt from me you will receive these files on TH or e-mail: version without price/info added only for the sale post, flat colors(unshaded) version, separated transparent .png version of drawings in the reference sheet.
please only bid/offer if you are 100% sure you can pay.
i accept payment plans for payments higher than $200.
when getting a payment plan, you must pay an upfront value, this value is non refundable for my security.
I'll have full rights to resell the character if you do not pay the rest of the value you owe me.
i am fine with holds up to 2 weeks max.
I have the right to extend any auctions up to 24 hours MAX if I feel like I need to.
after buying something from me, you have 48h to pay me, if you dont, the design/slot will be resold.
please do not sell your design for more than the price you paid unless there is extra art, literature, items, etc. and unless someone offered a higher price. (example: u have a char worth $50, u can put it for sale only for $50 or less, u can't change it's worth. but if someone wants to buy that char that they know it worths $50, for $80 or more then that's totally fine.)

If you reject a sketch/design, making me redo it, i have 100% the right to use the rejected sketch/design in any way i want to.
I have the right to reject any commission if im uncomfortable doing it.
If you want a refund for any reason, i will give you a full refund if i didnt started your commission or didnt finished the sketch. But, ill refund you %75 of the commission value if i finished the sketch, %50 if i finished the lineart, %25 if i finished flat colors(only if you asked for a shaded piece).
I wont refund you if i almost finished the piece and only need your confirmation to complete it.
I am better drawing canines, felines, mustelids, hyenas and some dragons. I can draw Original Species that have a anatomy similar to any of these animals.
I might accept drawing other animal species(birds, fishs) im not used to, but your commission might not look as good as it could! ask if i have any examples for the specie you want me to draw.
I can draw feral and anthro.
I might accept to draw ponys and mechas but it might not look as good as it could.
I do not draw humans or human faces.
I wont start the work until you pay.
Payments can be via PayPal or Ko-fi.
I will send you 3-4 WIPs, that are: Sketch, Lineart, Flat and Shading. If you confirm you're okay with a WIP, you wont have the right to ask for changes on that wip, so please only confirm if youre 100% sure youre okay with the WIP.
Commissions will take 1 month at minimium to be done, and usually take 3 months to be finished, however i may take up to 5 months to finish a comm. My main income is from adopts, so theyre priority and that makes comms take sometime to be finished.
Please do not rush me, it will only make me anxious, give me time and your commission will be delivered. You're fine to do that if its been 1 month and i have'nt delivered any wip to you, but don't ask for updates if its only been one week since you bought the comm.....
